This Privacy Policy explains how Xue Ao (“Elevant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you use the Elevant mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

Important: Elevant does not collect, store, or sell your personal or health data. All health-related data you submit is processed directly and transiently for analysis and is not retained on our servers.

1. Overview

Elevant is a health-tracking application that allows you to:

• Record your meals (including photos and notes) for AI-based analysis.
• Connect with device health sources such as Apple Health to relay data like sleep, activity, and daylight exposure.
• View AI-generated insights based on the data you provide.

We designed Elevant to minimize data collection and protect user privacy by default.

2. What We Do (and Don’t) Collect

2.1 No Personal or Health Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:

• Your identity or contact information (such as name, email, phone number).
• Health data (such as sleep, steps, meals, or photos).
• Location data.
• AI analysis results.

All health and lifestyle data you input or share from third-party services (like Apple Health) is transmitted directly and securely to our AI processing service for analysis. This process is ephemeral — the data is not stored on our servers and is discarded after the analysis is complete.
